Technical Sales Representative PowerMax Solar Solutions Limited is looking for Technical Sales Representative

    Role and Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, prepare and present persuasive approaches and pitches to potential clients.
  2. Lead generation for the company’s solar energy products in the market.
  3. Preparation of designs, proposals, quotations for potential customers and give solutions to their solar energy needs.
  4. Organizing for meetings with potential customers with an aim of pitching and demonstration of the company’s solar energy products.
  5. Negotiating proposed solutions with potential customers and closing sales.
  6. Achieve product’s target set by the company.
  7. Submit to the management sales reports for customers met and the progress made in closing the deals.
  8. Provide the management with market feedback in regards to the company’s energy products or the competing products.
  9. Generate new business.
  10. Identify and grow opportunities by achieving set sales targets.
  11. Have the ability to work under minimum supervision.
    Key Requirements (qualifications and skills) :
  • Minimum level of education: Diploma in Electrical and Electronics (Power Option), and related courses.
  • Certified training in solar energy.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Minimum experince of two years in Solar Energy (Sales).
  • Professionalism and technical know-how.

Job Title: Property Manager – Rift Valley Region.

Our client is currently looking to hire a Property Manager to be based in the Rift Valley Region.

    Responsibilities:
  • Administrative and maintenance duties in billing, processing payments with regards to the property management.
  • Meeting with current tenants pertaining to issues concerning the property and also meeting prospective tenants.
  • Be able to manage estate accounting books, develop reports, manage suppliers and network with other service providers.
  • Manage and plan restoration and service works.
  • Managing the junior staff in property and ensuring proper maintenance.
  • Assist in showing apartments to potential new tenants and explains the lease agreements and stipulations.
    Requirements:
  1. Degree or Diploma in Property Management, Real Estate or any other relevant course.
  2. At least 3 years relevant working experience as a Property Manager.
  3. Working experience preferably in serviced and furnished apartments would be advantageous.
  4. Records keeping on stocks re-order levels for replenishment of materials.
  5. Administrative skills – supervisory of broad range of staff, management of filing system, general office administration, etc.
  6. High integrity, team player, leadership, meeting of deadlines and interpersonal skills a must.
